Thanks to everyone who came out last night and supported this great cause!! It definitely helped spread awareness and build exposure for this project. Lots of people invited their friends and family members who commuted from hours away. We really appreciate that. I overheard quite a few people talk about pieces they were interested in bidding on, including a few friends that vowed to having a bidding war with each other over one of the tote bags. I'm confident the auctions will have a great turn out. Special thanks to all the artists that contributed their work, Owen for DJing, Melissa for driving us and all the art to the venue, Mary and Jenith who helped me hang and label all the pieces, everyone that helped market the event and Gallery Bar who were kind enough to have us and donate a portion of the proceeds to Even Chance.
